OPK Question: Now with Picture

I have a question for you OPK stick ninjas!

The test line started showing up yesterday afternoon but very light. It is slowly getting darker (PM this afternoon is darker than AM this morning). Have you experienced this ramping-up kind of testing? If so, do you usually see the OPK turn positive the same day or within 24 hours?

Thanks!

Here is this afternoon: CD21, 2pm

  1. If could take days or hours. Hard to tell. If it is pretty dark you should have positive within the next 24 hours.

    Good luck!!

  2. I am going to have to agree with Toni. I'd say within 24 hours. I test two times a day and usually get my surge late afternoon or early evening.

    1. Ooh! Good note! I was expecting an AM surge, based on the literature. Thanks!

  4. Hi from ICLW! When I was using OPKs I always tested 2-3 times a day. I always found that I would get a positive in the afternoon. I would also use a digital to verify in case I wasn't sure....
