CD4: Cupids, Rainbows, Unicorns

You guys, I'm in love. Head over heels, change my life, LOVE.

With my Tassimo.

Let me be clear that this is most definitely NOT a sponsored post. No, no. I lusted after this thing for years and finally purchased my fancy schmancy coffee maker when I got the new job. I figured, since I only drink one cup a day and am working from home, I can afford to treat myself to the really good stuff. And may I just say, Oh Em Gee! I love it so much.

I haven't tried all of the available flavors yet but my favorites so far include Caramel Latte, Skinny Cappuccino (with sugar free almond syrup), Chai Tea Latte, and Raspberry Iced Tea. Just... WOW. R may drink his full pot of generic tin canister coffee everyday but I love starting my morning with something decadent. Mmm.

A few complaints: I wish there were more flavored decaf options. I can't have caffeine after 3pm or I stay up all night but sometimes I really want something hot at the end of the day. Boo! I also wish the Fat Free Cappuccino pods were available to purchase separately from the Skinny Cappuccino pack. And/or having a Fat Free Latte pod. I don't appreciate having to choose between flavor and fat with my drinks.

But, overall, I am SO happy with my purchase and know I'll be using it for a long time.

Do you have a single-cup coffee maker? What appliance do you lust after? How do you treat yourself each day?

  1. I bought a Kuerig for the house and my husband hates it. I love the fact that I can drink something different every single day. If I feel like tea or coffee or cappuccino etc. Totally addictive! Hope you continue to enjoy.

    1. HA! Yeah, R wants nothing to do with mine. But I love it!

  2. I am not a coffee drinker, but the thing I simply cannot live without is my George Foreman grill. I cook EVERYTHING on that sucker...panini's, meats for dinner, veggie kabobs. I am probably the only person in Texas without a real BBQ grill, and I am really quite content! haha! Give me my George Foreman or give me death!

  3. That's my BIGGEST gripe with my Keurig... not enough decaf flavored options. It totally stinks! I love flavored coffee, but I typically drink decaf so I find myself going to dunkin donuts a lot more than I should!!

  5. I got a Keurig the Christmas before last, and we LOVE it! Do the Tassimo have a gadget that can be filled and refilled with loose coffee? Might be something to look in to!
