NaBloPoMo Day 23: Recipes

Sweet Potato Casserole (gluten and refined sugar free)

Vegan Fudge

  1. Corn Bread Casserole (I never bring home any leftovers)

    2 boxes of Jiffy Cornbread Mix
    2 Eggs
    6 Tablespoons of butter
    8 ounces of cream cheese (cut into small cubes)
    1 Can Cream Corn
    1 Can regular Corn, drained
    1/2 C Sugar
    1 C milk
    salt and pepper to taste

    Preheat oven to 400. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9x13 dish. Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown.
